01 Introduction & Acceptance

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds may only be deposited into v29e through approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Funds will be added to the account balance once the deposit transaction is successfully confirmed.
• If deposit details are incomplete or incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled or delayed.
• Depositing under a third party's name or using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.
• Full withdrawal is not possible if the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• In the event of unusual activity, v29e reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of v29e will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus benefit is available only once and applies only to an eligible first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering conditions apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household are ineligible for bonuses.
• v29e reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the associated account may be suspended.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play
